The Michigan Home Help Program provides Medicaid-funded personal care services to eligible individuals statewide. Trusting Path specializes in serving Southeast Michigan across seven counties: Macomb, Oakland, Wayne, Washtenaw, Livingston, St. Clair, and Monroe.
